Annfield Pottery made teeny tiny miniature export plates

Annfield pottery was one of half a dozen potteries operating in close proximity to one another in the east end in the second half of the 19th century. The pottery produced a wide range of ware for the domestic and export markets and traded with America and Canada and its mulberry-tinted tea services were particularly popular in Australia.
